This three bean salad is a great dish to take to potlucks and you can make it ahead of time. It also keeps well for several days in the refrigerator.
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 (14.25 ounce) can French style green beans, drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can wax beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
INTRUCTIONS :
- Combine beans, green pepper, onion, salt, pepper and celery in a large bowl. Beat vinegar, sugar, oil and mustard with a whisk. Pour over salad and chill for several hours or overnight. Makes about 8 servings. Enjoy!
